My professional background includes M&A with Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., leading the development and public offering of a multi-family REIT (NYSE: WRP, since sold to EQR), ownership and growth of a natrual gas instrumentation manufacturer (Mercury Instruments, Inc. since sold to HON) and current ownership of ARI-Hetra, a leading manufacturer and brand of equipment used in heavy-duty truck maintenance.

NASA, Purdue, Rolls Royce Nuclear count among my past assignments as well as a couple of years building out a mile long automotive motor machining line in China. My career has been spent putting my mechanical engineering degree to work building manufacturing organizations, from the plant floor to the board room.
When I'm not engulfed in weld fumes or pouring over financial and operating results, I can be found working with my wife, children and grandchildren on our family farm which has ranged from 200 head of dairy cows to goats and 1500 acres of varying crops.
